Welcome to paradise! An experience you won`t forget... Fully equipped 3-bedroom/2-bath home decorated in Lake Motif, a fantastic boathouse with ‘Big Water’ access close to Chimney Rock and Chuck`s Marina! Ideally located near restaurants, stores and 30 minutes from Auburn!
This beauty offers a fully stocked kitchen, huge 75-inch TV in living room, flatscreens in each bedroom, custom built farm table that seats 12 guests.

This serene lake house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 guests. Offering a prime location just 25 miles from Auburn. The house is custom decorated in Lake Motif, absolutely stunning! Our home offers a huge living area with an enormous 75-inch flat screen TV. Our fully stocked kitchen includes all necessities, a traditional coffeemaker with coffee, specialty pizza baking pan, spices and a wine bar with plenty of wine glasses. The dining room table will comfortably hold 12 people and the large island can seat another two.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and each bedroom includes a flat screen TV! The master bedroom is extremely large with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom with soaking tub and tiled shower. The 2nd large bedroom is our elegant room and features a queen bed, a sitting area and walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom is decorated Americana style, (we love our USA!) It has two sets of bunkbeds. If you are looking for the perfect getaway for yourself and your family, then look no further! This is an ideal setting nestled in a private slough close to Chimney Rock, Chuck’s Marina and the Big Water of pristine Lake Martin!
Relax lakeside on the dock or in the boathouse watching the family enjoy the lake. With spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise you will find ample space for you and your family. And there is plenty of lawn chairs and outside furniture. Your kids, including adult kids, won`t ever get bored!
The property is situated in a private slough directly on the water. This location makes it a safe and relaxing spot for floating and swimming. Very kid friendly. Great swimming area in a safe non- boat traffic area. Secure your boat and PWC in boathouse or on the dock. There is plenty of room for several boats! Relax in the hammock or build sand castles on the large Sandy Beach! This home has everything you need for the ultimate lakeside retreat! Great for families, fishing and hunting excursions, a peaceful retreat, attending Auburn Football or other Auburn events.
FYI: Holiday Cove is a 4-house vacation rental complex on Lake Martin in Dadeville, Alabama. The houses share 2 separate picnic areas with tables, chairs, BBQ grill, fire pit, private beach, and children`s swing set. The houses also share a common boat house that will accommodate 4 full-size boats, a pier where 2 boats can tie-up, and a 25’X30’ covered pavilion with plenty of tables and chairs. The boathouse and pavilion provide 1,600 square feet of covered, shaded space. These 4 houses can sleep 46 people. Perfect for large family gatherings! Each house has lake views and lake access. The property is gorgeous!

Vacation Property Rental Agreement

This Vacation Property Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement) is for the property located at: 60 Dogwood Drive, Dadeville AL 36853, a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Lakehouse, hereinafter referred to as “Unit.”

I. SECURITY/DAMAGE AGREEMENT

1. Security Deposit. A security deposit of $ 300 has been deposited with the Property Owner, or Property Owner’s designated agent (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”), in trust, as security for the performance by the Tenants of the terms under this rental agreement set forth following, and for any damages caused by Tenants, Tenants’ family, agents and visitors (hereinafter collectively called “Tenants”) to the premises or furnishings during the rental period. Owner may use part or all of the security deposit to repair any damage to the Unit cause by Tenants. However, Owner is not limited to just the security deposit portion of any security deposit amount and Tenants remain liable for any balance.

2. Key Charge. A $25 fee will be charged to Tenants for failure to return any and all Unit related keys and/or gate access cards* (*if applicable). Such charge shall be deducted from the security deposit.

3. Cleaning. Cleaning fee is $150.00. All debris, rubbish and discards must be placed in garbage can, and soiled dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Tenants shall be responsible for any undue and/or unreasonable cleaning of the unit immediately subsequent to the Tenants’ departure.

4. Damage charge. Any damage charges incurred by the Tenants not covered by the security deposit listed above shall be paid by Tenant within a timely manner.

III. CHECK-IN/CHECK -OUT PROCEDURE

1. Check-In. Check-in time is 4:00 pm on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation begins. No early check-ins absent prior consent of Owners. Two days prior to arrival, Tenants will be given their key code as well as any special instructions or updates that may be applicable to the Unit.

2. Check-Out. Check-out time is 11:00 on the day Tenant’s scheduled reservation ends. Any delay in check-out, absent prior consent of Owners shall result in Tenants being charged for another night’s stay.

IV. USE AND ENJOYMENT OF UNIT AND PROPERTY

1. Use of Premises. Tenants shall only use the Premises as a residence. The premises shall not be used to carry on any type of business or trade, without prior written consent of Owner. Tenants will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statutes and orders regarding the use of the premises.

2. Quiet Enjoyment. Tenants shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the premises, and Owner will not interfere with that right, as long as tenants do not interfere with those rights of other tenants.

3. Smoking. This is a NON SMOKING HOME.

4. Pets. Pets are NOT permitted in the house under any conditions.

5. Furnishings. The units are furnished and equipped by the Owner to owner’s taste. All units are set up for light housekeeping, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Unit is stocked with at least one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and an initial roll of paper towels. All cleaning products are provided. Bath towels and linens are provided by owner. Beach towels are not provided. Please don’t take bath towels to the lake.

6. Use of Grills. There are two charcoal grills available. One in the front picnic area and the other by the boathouse.

7. Locked Areas. Areas that are locked, such as Owner’s personal storage spaces, for which Tenants are not provided a key, are off limits to the Tenants. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of this agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and Tenants will be liable for any damage and/or missing items.

8. Falsified Reservations. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

9. Written Exceptions. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

10. Water and Septic. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages of up to five hundred dollars ($500).

11. If it is determined that the reserved number of guests has been exceeded, guests will forfeit their deposit.

V. HOLD HARMLESS

1. Owner attempts to maintain the Units in the best of condition. Owner expresses no guarantees, express or implied, regarding suitability or fitability for any particular purpose. Owner does guarantee that appropriate repair and/or replacement will be performed as soon as possible under prevailing circumstances. It is Tenant’s responsibility to immediately notify Owner of any issues that they incur during their stay so that the repair and/or replacement may be promptly taken care of. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences for which Owner has no immediate control. Owner shall not be held liable, or otherwise take any responsibility, for any injuries that may occur to Tenant, and/or Tenant’s invitee, that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional, unintentional, negligent, or careless acts of said Tenants, and/or invitees. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Tenant agrees to forever hold-harmless and indemnify Owner form any liability and/or responsibility arising there from.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT, COMBINED WITH ANY AND ALL COMMUNITY RULES AND REGULATIONS (IF APPLICABLE) SERVES AS THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT. NO ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ARE EXPRESSSED NOR IMPLIED. THIS AGREEMENT SUPERCEDES ANY AN ALL PREVIOUS ORAL AND/OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS AND/OR IMPLIED AGREEMENTS. UPON WRITTEN OR ELECTRONIC ENDORSEMENT, TENANTS AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS AGREEMENT, AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS, WITHOUT EXCEPTION

Nice property, the house was stocked with a lot of kitchen utensils and linens the house was so clean and nice ! The boat house and piers were nice the sandy beach was great for my grandson he loved the paddle boats and the canoe and kayaks. We would definitely return for another stay!

So Much Fun!

Another mom and I brought a group of girls who are juniors in high school. We were thinking we should have rented a boat, but the girls had the best time just hanging out on the beach and using the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boats to keep them entertained!The house was very clean (I'm picky!) and had all of the utensils, pots, and pans we needed to cook dinner one of the nights.I also appreciated that dish towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets were all provided. It's the little things!We got to meet the sweet owner of the home the first night we were there. So nice to know she was a phone call away!Overall a great visit and perfect first-time vrbo experience!

Awesome experience

The add was correct WELCOME TO PARDISE. We stayed at the resort for a week. one of the best vacations we have had in 20 years. Everything was just as advertised. the house was clean and, comfortable with everything we needed. We used the beach area and thoroughly enjoyed evenings at the pavilion. I wanted to play golf and we were 5 miles from the golf course. the facility is conveniently located to the grocery store for the last-minute items. I would not change anything about out stay. The best part of our weeks was meeting the Owners/Property managers Marian and Brad. You could not ask for a better host. They checked on us every day to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Both of them treated us as if we were family. I never felt like they were going out of their way to accommodate us, they were just dam friendly, good people respectful of our privacy. you could tell they were just them being themselves. We will be back.

Amazing vacation!

We stayed at house #1 and friends stayed at house #2. We all had a great time on the lake. Amenities provided, such as kayaks, grills, covered deck, etc. were all used and appreciated. Location is very convenient and the ability to dock our boat and jetski right at the property was so convenient and helped make the stay even better. Homes were clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, coffee maker (thank you!) appliances, etc. Bedrooms were perfect, laundry was so helpful and AC worked great. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Perfect Stay at Lake Martin

The home was amazing, with great space, very clean, very comfortable and the access to the lake was ideal. Two families of four stayed at the house and fit perfectly, the adults each had a separate room and the teens enjoyed the room with the bunk beds. We rented the pontoon boat which was convenient and easy to access beautiful Lake Martin. The owners were great and super helpful. Will stay again at Holiday Cove.

Beautiful properties with large porches for entertaining.The houses are tastefully built and decorated. The cove is quiet and peaceful. Canoes, kayaks, and water toys for adults and children. The boathouse/ dock is great for just hanging out right on the water.

Perfect place to rent on the Lake!!

So I've seen people list pros and cons of the places they've stayed in and initially I thought I would do the same only I cant..... I don't have any cons re: Holiday Cove If I could offer 1 tip, it would be that if you book a stay in late Feb, just know the lake is a ghost town until Mid-March. This was not really an issue for our stay as we were there for rest & relaxation on our honeymoon so it felt like we had the WHOLE lake to ourselves. The owner was soooo kind and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend one rent any of her properties as you can tell she takes pride in her homes and genuinely wants guests to have a fabulous stay (which we did) Can't say enough good things about the house or home-owner. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking which was a plus as my husband cooked everyday. The owner is a text/call away but I didn't have any issues so I didn't need to reach out. This is for sure the place to rent on the lake!!

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Cove. Well stocked, clean , nicely decorated house. The community dock is very nice and we rented the owner’s boat which was super convenient. We loved Lake Martin , it is just lovely ! We took our sons to Chimney Rock to jump , tubed , and played cards . Such a fun family weekend ! The owners take care of this property of 4 homes on this cove and it’s a little oasis !
