"We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus."

"Quiet, farm setting. Convenient to town. Good location for our needs. Wifi was a bit weak at times, but we got by. No TV, but we didn’t miss it one bit!! We had a good week of fishing on Cayuga and Oneida!!!"

There were no busy roads nearby, yet it was only a 10 minute drive into Seneca Falls for groceries and whatever else we needed. Plenty of room inside and, with two porches and a small patio, plenty outside as well.
