"This is our 4th time staying here, so yeah, that probably says a lot about what I think of both the hosts and the property. My family absolutely loves it here, and this trip did not disappoint. We love the beach and spent a great deal of time there. Got lucky on most days with super calm waters that we swam in by the fire.We don't get cell service up here, and the wifi doesn't reach the beach...and that's fine by us, it's nice getting the entire family off the devices and spending time together!"

"Such a nice little cabin. We weren't able to enjoy the sauna because of our short stay but it looked really cool. We did really make use of the wood stove inside the cabin. We was very grateful for that. The fact that we could take my mom's dog was wonderful! The owners provided everything you'd need to be comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the bonfire pit and the awesome wood supply even though we didn't use it. We'd love to come back some day. It was a great experience!"

"We really enjoyed the fact it was so quiet. It may be the time of year, but we are already tentatively planning a spring visit to family and this is top of the list! Also, the fact they even have a couple blankets to the side for pets who sleep on the bed was a nice touch."

The location was perfect—close enough to explore sites on the Keeweenaw Peninsula, and Kim shared some great locations to see, which made our trip even more memorable. "This cottage is very comfortable in a safe, calm and peaceful setting. It had everything we needed and we were even able to borrow dog beds to make sure our dogs didn't get cozy on furniture! It is a perfect location to explore Copper country. We did several hikes in the area including Mt. Baldy, Black Creek, Eagle Harbor trails, Horseshoe Harbor, and the trail in the town of Central. After hiking in the rain one day, we fired up the common sauna for some extra relaxation."

"What an amazing find to stay at the Quincy House for one night. We stayed in what was formally known as the maids quarters of this historical home. There was a lot of attention to detail for travelers including fresh cut flowers.
