"The photos of this property do not reflect its current state. Doors (including a side door) were unlocked to the public 24/7. We were a group of 4 and only had 2 bath towels, one hand towel, 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and one bar of soap for both the sink and shower. The microwave and refrigerator have black stuff growing in them. No black out shades on the windows and the beds were like cots or pullout beds, you could feel every spring. Would not stay here again."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to get us a room on the lower level with our last minute check in. The room was clean and served its purpose."

"Hot tub did not work. Apparently it blew a breaker when another room turned on their hot tub. Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Refrigerator in breakfast area was filthy and not much was available for breakfast. Vending machine had one item in it. The dog on the property was great and john the limo driver was cool too."

"I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...

"We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax."
