I made my booking through Expedia and paid for breakfast as well as valet parking to be included. However, the staff at the front desk was unhelpful and simply told me to contact Expedia, saying they didn’t know anything. They showed no willingness to assist me.
I believe someone needs to take responsibility for this. I did not pay a significant amount of money to stay here only to be treated this way.
