Pets are welcome! The fee is $75 for the first pet and $25 for each additional pet, with a maximum of 2 pets unless prior approval is granted.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
Please clean up after your pets, both indoors and outdoors.

🚭 No Smoking or Hookahs
Smoking, vaping, and hookah use are strictly prohibited inside the home.
A $250 fee will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking or hookah use.

🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, in accordance with Cobb County Ordinance. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

🚗 Parking
Parking is only permitted on the driveway or designated areas. Please avoid parking on the street.


🧍 Guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

🧼 Before You Check Out
To help us prepare for our next guest, please:
Remove all used bed linens and place them in the hampers provided
Rinse dishes and load them into the dishwasher
Take all trash out and dispose of it in the bins located under the carport

🚫 Additional Rules
No confetti, glitter, or similar decorative products are allowed.
Towels and linens are for in-home use only. Missing or stained items may incur a replacement fee.
Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.
