Large, updated condo close to UGA, Downtown, & Stadium

Spacious, two-story condo with ample indoor and outdoor entertaining space. Sleeps 10+. Close to UGA and downtown (9 min, $8 Uber ride to Sanford Stadium). The College Station area is less than 5 min away, providing convenient access to grocery stores and food options. Quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a large TV in the living room and two porch areas (one is open and one is screened in). The magnolia and oak trees surrounding the property offer lush, relaxing views during your stay.

Many of the Athens hotspots are less than 10 minutes away, including Five Points, UGA, and downtown. This space is located on the east side of Athens with very close proximity to the Georgia State 10 Loop. The Loop provides quick and easy access to all of Athens.

The bed in the room with the crib is a trundle bed. In the photo, it looks like one twin bed, but another twin bed pulls out from underneath. I will provide two queen air mattresses with air pumps and linens that you can use if needed. Coffee and tea are provided for you to enjoy during your stay. Two dedicated parking spaces and street parking are available. Please note -- my cat normally lives here. She will not be here during your stay, but those with severe allergies may need to take caution.
