We aim to provide a fully self-check-in experience, but Meredith and I live in Athens and are happy to come by in person if needed.


This bright new build (2022) is located right off MLK inside the loop. It is 1/4 mile from an entrance to the Firefly Greenway Trail along the river. "The Plantation" restaurant is across the street for southern cuisine. This location is convenient while offering a quiet neighborhood feel, with most destinations in Athens under 15 minutes away.

Free parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. The parking lot can be difficult when backing out. If needed, you can also park in the pine straw area to the left of the driveway, in front of the main entrance.


2-story cottage with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all your cooking essentials, a living area with a large sectional and Apple TV, and a dining table for 8. The back porch features an outdoor dining space and a fire pit for cooler evenings.


Quick access to the loop means most destinations in Athens are under 15 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are readily available.


Your comfort and safety are our priority. We follow top-tier sanitization that goes beyond Airbnb standards. Every piece of bedding undergoes meticulous cleaning between stays.
