Game Day and Parents Weekend "Retreat" in Normaltown (Athens)

Our mid-century home is a little less than a 3 mile drive from campus and downtown. Its located in a safe residential area, and is a ten minute walk down to Prince Avenue for the shops, cafes and restaurants that Normaltown is known for. The UGA College of Public Health is just up the street. The master suite is on one side of the house, with a complete mud room and comfortable patio area, the spare bedroom (full size bed) and second full bath are on the other side of the house. Two cars fit comfortably in the driveway. This is a residential home with neighbors who value their privacy, so we ask that our renters respect the neighborhood vibe while enjoying all that Athens and UGA has to offer.
