  • A 70 sq. meters apartment, situated at the Acropolis area. Ideal for those who want to explore everything on foot. Acropolis is 7-8 minutes walking, 4 min from Plaka, the Acropolis museum and its metro stop. Apartment consists of
    1 bedroom with double bed and attached bathroom (bed 1.40 x 2.00 meters)

    After midnight arrivals arrivals are accepted ONLY by pre arranged transfer

    You need to inform us about your exact arrival check in time at least 24 hours in advance.

    There are 2 options to reach the apartment.

    1) Send us your flight / ferry details and we will arrange a private transfer (extra cost).

    2) Arriving by yourself and meet you at the apartment.
    This option is available for arrivals within the apartment's check in timetable

    Boilers in Greece are electric , so we always wait for at least 20 minutes in order to have enough hot water

    In our country we do NOT throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl

Everything was wonderful. The location was so close to everything we wanted to see and do; the building safe and secure; the accommodations comfortable. But the stars of our stay were our hosts. Communication was great and when our flights were disrupted (several times!), they did everything they could to help us stay a bit longer. Our heroes!

This was the perfect location for our trip. It was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the location was close to everything. The hosts were amazing and even helped us acquire transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend this rental.

Clean, updated and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, updated, and in walking distance to the Acropolis museum, Plaka, the Parthenon, all archaeological sites and Monastiraki square. Communication with the host was excellent. It was the perfect stay for our family of 5. We truly enjoyed our time in Athens.

The apartment very nice and up to date and is in a fantastic location to see the major sites in Athens! The communication with Helena was way beyond what we’ve experienced historically with other VRBO providers. Arrangement of transportation from the ferry with George and to the Airport with Chryssa only enhanced the whole experience!

The apartment is in a good location, close to shopping and the Acropolis. It is very spacious for 4 people. Air conditioning worked well. Also the host was very responsive when I had a question.

Just returned from a wonderful 5 night stay at Helena’s place in Athens. The apartment was spotless, the location was great. It was just a short walk to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum and the fabulous streets of Plaka. Helena was a wonderful host and was so quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

The property was well situated in Athens with Restaurants, transport and Acropolis museum within walking distance. The apartment was easy to find, had an elevator and very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and basics were provided.I had to contact the host for medical needs and they were quick to respond and very helpful.Couldn’t rate higher.

Perfect location close to Acropolis. Owner Helena was excellent communicator. She allowed us early check-in to leave our luggage and change, as well as late departure. The driver she hired to take us to airport was very friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay in Athens!

Couldn't have found a better location

Great time. The property was perfect and well kept. The building was a little old and not well kept, but the apartment itself was perfect. Though it was in a very central area, it was actually very quiet and tranquil.We were all very happy with our choice.

Beautiful Apartment with Views & Ideal Location

Stayed at Helena’s place in Athens and had a great experience! The apartment was spotless, with beautiful views and a perfect location—just a short walk to the Plaka and other historic sites. Helena was an incredibly responsive host, always quick to help or answer questions. The welcome binder was especially helpful with great local tips and info. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Athens!

Great location

Modern apartment, walkable to many attractions, Building has an elevator but strict rules on one person with luggage or 2 persons without luggage so be prepared to walk up many flights of stairs or wait for the elevator to come back down. Great restaurant Smile across the street. Owners respond right away to questions. Excellent value.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Athens!!

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this property in Athens! The location was perfect and close to major attractions like the Acropolis, Temple of Hercules, and great local restaurants no matter which direction you start walking. The neighborhood was lively yet peaceful at bedtime.The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and described as shown in the descriptions and pictures. The beds were comfortable and the balcony added a special touch to the scenery. The host was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and provided a smooth check-in/check-out process along with arranging transportation to and from the airport for a low fee.Overall, I highly recommend this Vrbo for anyone visiting Athens. It’s a great value and an excellent home base for exploring the city!

You're going to want to stay here!

What a great experience in Athens! Helena & George were just the icing on the cake. We truly appreciated their hospitality with having greeted us. The binder with all of their recommendations was fantastic! I wished we had taken the time to look at it sooner than we did. What a gem! The apartment was in such a wonderful location. We were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Really, really great experience!

This unit is very conveniently located near all the resources a tourist would need. Historic sights with important significance, beautiful museums, fantastic restaurants, coffee bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The view is not great, but we were so happy with the unit that a view became less critical. We were mere minutes away from the entrance to the Acropolis, and I'm talking 4 or 5. The food choices nearby were varied and plentiful. A critical aspect of this 5th-story apartment is that the elevator is a micro-mini unit, capable of carrying only two people at a time, IF they have no luggage. We were a bit disappointed that, at the time we reserved the unit, airport transfers were listed as 'available', but just before arrival, they were not. This became a significant complication due to a coincidental taxi strike. We were stranded far from the airport, with no assistance, and only saved by the kindness of a stranger. A third-party representative handled the check-in process, and it was the best we have ever experienced. One source of inconvenience was a severely limited hot water supply, and the three of us had to coordinate our shower times carefully. The in-house kitchenware was minimal, and if you are a wine drinker, you might want to bring your own glass. In retrospect, for a short 3-day stay like ours, perhaps a hotel would have been a better choice.

Apartment was OK; however, one of the bathrooms had sewer smell which made it difficult to use. Also it would be nice if there was a regular coffee maker for those of us that like to have our coffee ready in the morning. The one available did not work! It would be nice to have a little more personal interaction with the owners. On the positive side, location was very good and close to just about everything we wanted to visit.
