I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to be honest here because I rely heavily on accurate reviews when booking hotels—and this one did not live up to what was advertised.
First, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It honestly felt like sleeping on a cot rather than a proper mattress, which made it very difficult to get any real rest.
The bathroom was another major issue. It was extremely small, and the shower was so cramped that you couldn’t move without constantly bumping into the knobs and accidentally turning the water off. It made something as simple as showering frustrating.
Several advertised amenities were also missing. There was no TV or hairdryer, despite both being listed online. Additionally, the “airport shuttle” was misleading—it was just a taxi, not a hotel-provided service as implied.
The elevator was also shockingly small. It was so tight that my husband and I couldn’t fit together with our luggage—we had to go separately, which was inconvenient and frustrating.
The surrounding neighborhood also did not feel safe or welcoming. There was a noticeable amount of graffiti and a visible homeless presence, which gave the area a run-down, uncomfortable vibe.
Overall, I find it very hard to believe that the current reviews accurately reflect the reality of this hotel. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
