"Very nice. Comfortable. Clean.Good location. Good location to the city of Boston. T is just around the corner. Which made it easy for access to Boston. One exception a little noisy on the street. But it's a through street. Plus it can be noisy with upstairs neighbors. Few exceptions. Would be throw blankets. Possibly some towel hooks. Because we stayed there longer than a night. Some luggage racks. For our bags. Had to use chairs or put them on the floor. Supplies were thin. Like toilet paper...

"We booked this property because it was advertised as an “entire house,” but when we arrived we found that wasn’t the case—there are people living downstairs. We could clearly hear them talking through the door that separates the first and second floors, which took away from the privacy we expected. It looks like the listing has been updated since we booked, but just be aware that this rental is only the top floor of an occupied home. Nice house overall, but not the private stay we anticipated"

"This home was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Check-in was flawless. Communication with the host was excellent, and the location was so convenient—close to colleges, the DCU Center, and plenty of restaurants and stores for whatever you need. We were in town for a funeral, and having multiple rooms and bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space. "Great convenient quiet location . Air conditioning worked great on warm days. Lots of room for our party of 4 adults, 1 teen.Only clarification: listing shows 2.5 baths, but it’s actually 1.5 baths. 1 full with shower/tub downstairs and toilet/sink upstairs."

"Very clean areas. We had some with mobility issues that had trouble with the stairs, but that's normal. Kitchen was very nice, but tight for 10 people. Location was perfect for what we wanted to see in Boston. Great to have parking."

"The house is actually made up of three apartments on three floors. This was a good thing and allowed for our female colleagues to have their own floor. We were looking for someplace for our team of 8 to stay for the Boston Seafood Show and this was really quite good. Just about 15-18 minutes from the convention center, its a reasonable Lyft/Uber ride or drive. Will stay here again"
