"Beautiful. Fantastic view and access to the lake. Wonderful brook running near the cottage. Cottage was delightful."

"What an Amazing Place!!! We stayed in the "Treehouse Cottage" it was such a cool spot up in the pine trees! We felt like we were out in the woods all by ourselves yet only a 2 minute walk to the river/beach. The fire pit and grill are located perfectly so you can grill while have a nice fire going. The cottage was very bright peaceful, I really loved the knotty Pine. We also had great views of the Franklin dam from the balcony. Cant wait to come back again, relax enjoy nature and hopefully catch...

"The room was exactly as described and a very peaceful 5 days of r&r. The host was very prompt with answering any questions and was at the site when I arrived to let me in. This was an overall great getaway & even though the weather was cool & somewhat of rainy and I wasn't able to swim, I can still say it that it was perfect stay for me! Denise was great! TY! "

"The property was well maintained. Everything you could need except for bedding (states bedding is needed in the listing) The interior of the cottage is absolutely adorable. Easy for my mom the get around without her can or walker. She loved the porch, said it was very relaxing. My only complaint was there is no outdoor lights. There was a light on the outside of the porch and right next to the door. They never came on with a switch or without. Other than that perfect for what I needed "

"Wonderful property. Location is excellent with access to White Mountains and numerous attractions in the Lakes area. Close to many restaurants and shops. View of lake from the deck and inside the house is spectacular. We spent a good deal of our time there just looking out over the lake. Boating on the lake is also excellent and property comes with two kayaks and a canoe. From our viewpoint this property is ideal."

"Everything was great except for the pull out sofa but those things are never comfortable. Great f at pot, great location for boating and seeing a show at Bank of NH Pavillion. "

"We had wonderful time at Sara’s lake house. Her communication was great and she was very responsive. The house is beautiful and very clean and well stocked. The location is goegeous and the views were incredible. We have two teenagers who enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks and the dock was perfect for docking the boat we rented. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! "
