The Sunset Vista is located in Mountain View Estates, a small, quiet neighborhood right off of Town Mountain Road, a scenic road that leads into downtown Asheville and also connects to the Blue Ridge Parkway! Very little car traffic in the neighborhood makes it safe for walking. Cyclists frequent Town Mountain Road and the Parkway, so be on the lookout for them while driving on these roads.
