Just around the corner is Asheville's main street, with Mast General Store, Curate restaurant, and many other local stores, galleries, music venues, and eateries. The Biltmore Estate is a short drive away, as are the River Arts District, West Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Comfort AND convenience set this condo apart.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the Paxton Key app, which must be downloaded on your phone (Bluetooth capable) to access the parking lot and building.

Your email address is REQUIRED for the Paxton Credential. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).
