This condo is located in a secured building that is accessible with a unique PIN. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

Clean and great location to downtown!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! It was very clean and within walking distance to downtown Asheville. It was very nice to have a safe and free parking space for our entire stay as well. We did not have any issues and would love to come back!

Easy access

Condo is very clean, easy in and out, and a great location to walk to restaurants or drive into the mountains. Two adults stayed, condo had everything we need.

Great location

The condo was clean and the location perfect for walking downtown to restaurants and shops. The only small complaint would be there pillows should be upgraded and better quality of toilet paper and tissues. Overall a good stay.

Strong smell of dogs in condo

As soon as we stepped in the condo door, we were hit in the face with a strong odor of a dog. You can tell a dog has laid on the living room carpet alot. There were dog hairs all over the carpet. The management company immediately sent over cleaners, and they tried to fix the issue. They vacuumed and sprayed fabreez. The smell came back in a few hours. Outside the bedroom window there is a trashy makeshift plywood thing that has been constructed. It looks just bad and ruined the view. It also looks to be dry rotting and a safety hazard. This was not in any pictures of the place and never mentioned in the advertisement, so please know the view is disrupted by this hideous plywood thing. Its isn’t pretty like the pictures they show online. The location is nice, if all of Asheville weren’t completely weird and rude to visitors. The condo was ok, not worth the 270+ a night IMHO.

(Almost) Perfect

Good location and clean property. Overall we liked this place, but there are a couple things to be aware of. Bring your own paper products (t.p., towels and tissue) as the starter products are cheap (think thin sandpaper). The mattress is horrific. We almost checked out early due to lack of sleep and back pain. If they would replace the mattress this would be an exceptional rental.

Great Condo

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Asheville. This was a very nice condo. It had everything we needed and was located within easy walking distance to all of the downtown locations.

Asheville Getaway

This was the cleanest, most well equipped property we ever stayed in. Convenient to restaurants and shopping in the heart of Asheville. It was located far enough from the hustle and bustle, yet very walkable. It was great!

Amazing condo

This condo was beautiful, clean and a great location walkable to downtown Asheville. Just one flaw housekeeping came in 30 minutes before 11am checkout without curiosity knock.

Great stay, easy location, not great bathroom

Genuinely everything about staying in this condo was wonderful from location to ease of parking but while the bathroom is beautiful and incredibly clean it lacked for us. There was never enough hot water for the two of us to take a shower back to back and while the listing says you’re provided shampoo and conditioner we were only left one combo shampoo/conditioner smaller than in a hotel and no soap for the shower just a bar for washing your hands. We had to go out and buy products because we didn’t pack any because of what the listing promised. Otherwise the condo was beautiful and had what we needed.

Great location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and in a fabulous location downtown. Parking and building access was simple. We were unsure if we had to park in a particular spot because they were numbered but we emailed to ask and got an immediate response. Might be good to update the instructions to explain that guests can choose any spot. The bed was very comfortable but the couch, not so much. We typically don't spend much time on an airbnb couch but this weekend was just a getaway and given the pandemic, we didn't spend more time in the evenings reading and watching movies. I always bring shampoo, conditioner and soap with me but the listing said these were included. There was one bar of soap (2 sinks & the shower in the bathrooms so really need 3) and one tiny hotel sized conditioning shampoo and one tiny hotel sized lotion. So we ended up having to buy hand soap, bars of soap and shampoo & conditioner. Not a big deal, just might be best to say "starter amount" of shampoo supplied. One of the neighbors (we believe directly above the unit) had loud music or TV on late at night for 2 of the nights we stayed and the reverberating bass was quite annoying. We had a sound machine but could still hear it. I did email the property managers and they immediately responded that they'd look into it. It lasted about 90 minutes starting at 10:30pm but eventually stopped, only to happen again the following night. We did request a one hour later check out on our final day which I thought might be feasible since we checked out on a Tuesday. But, we were told that could not be accommodated. I was a bit disappointed in that but I understand they have staff cleaning and need to get started. The building is very new, has incredibly high ceilings which make it feel open & airy despite being a fairly small space. A coat rack or hooks would have been nice. Otherwise, we had pretty much everything else we needed. Again- perfect location to walk anywhere downtown. Would stay here again, especially after COVID is over and we can do more and get out more.

Perfect

It was good we were able to stay at such a cozy and homie condo only steps from the “action” on downtown. The comfort and condo amenities were a respite from the ridiculous over reach by local officials in trying to curb Covid 19 in Buncombe County who have succeeded in nothing else but assuring that folks won’t be returning to AVL anytime soon. The only reason we stayed is because we could stay in, cook meals and entertain and the apartment was absolutely excellent.

Great condo!

We enjoyed everything about this condo. Though not a big space, with a well designed layout, large windows and high ceilings, it had a very spacious feel. The condo is beautifully decorated with contemporary furniture and nice artwork everywhere. Though there is a little balcony, we spent our “outdoor time” at the communal patio which had both space heaters and a fire pit. We did have some problems with one of the tv’s. However, the property manager had someone over in less than an hour to fix it. The property managers, Towns Country, were very professional and nice to deal with. They sent excellent directions ahead of time and made every effort to be sure we would enjoy our stay, which we did!

Wonderful

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Easy check in and check out, no issues with the codes, tv’s, internet, or use of anything in the condo. Very cozy with everything that we needed. The people of the community were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed everything from walking the streets checking out local dives, shops, and bars. Would recommend this to anyone that wants a short stay just to get away. The only one little thing I would change if I could, is the person that is directly over this condo would walk lighter. The steps did wake me a few times around midnight.

Great Stay

This place was so nice, we did not want to leave. It was a special trip for us and we enjoyed every second of it staying here. It’s in a great location in downtown Asheville; we parked the car when we got there and didn’t drive until we had to leave town. We hope to stay here again very soon!
