Comfy urban loft in the heart of "downtown" WEST Asheville.

The Rad Pad is a bright, cheery and quiet space, designed for two. The studio is 600 square feet, with 11 foot ceilings. Guests will enjoy a private entrance and a outdoor dining area. We are right there is you need anything, but we are prepared for you to..... Relax under a rain-head shower in the luxurious bathroom. Heat up leftovers in the the kitchenette. There is not a microwave cause it's Asheville. we aren't into microwaves. Slow down, enjoy the good vibes of Asheville & the RAD PAD.
The space
The Rad pad is one huge studio open space with milk stained wood ceiling and large exposed beams. The shower is floor to ceiling subway tile with a rain shower head. There are concrete floors throughout. The kitchenette has everything you need to make a meal, (but not a microwave, cause it's Asheville. Microwaves are so 2005.) The bathroom has two specific areas, a shower area with sink and nice table for toiletries and another space with the toilet and another sink, with drawers for clothing or toiletries. The bed is a super comfy queen with memory foam pillows and down comforter. We also provide slippers for our guests to relax in. There's a smart TV, and there's amazon prime along with some local channels and some TV+ channels. If it's nice out, please enjoy the front porch of your pad and the provided chairs & table, too! It's a great spot to bird watch and enjoy the vibrant East West Asheville!

Please PARK IN THE REAR of the home...proceed up the driveway and around the back & park near the posts. Please don't block the driveway. We use the driveway too.

There are steps that lead you from your parked car to the back entrance of your loft! If you have bad knees or having trouble with steps let us know and we can tell you about the alternatives.

The key Pad code is ****** (will be provided when you book) then the bottom lock button on the digital lock.
Other things to note
Please NO SMOKERS or pets. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 9 am...SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE PROPERTY AT ALL. Please smoke outside if you must smoke.
