Located near the French Broad River Park and just a short drive to all the most popular things Asheville has to offer - shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and art. This home is available to rent on a 30 plus day basis and is a greta spot to call your home while you are working here temporarily or waiting on your home to be built. The home comes with two parking spaces, and overlooks a ravine at the back of the property. The brand new fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy preparing meals, if you choose to do so. Plenty of space in the open living and dining space where you can enjoy time with your loved ones. The spacious deck right off the main level living space offers comfortable furniture to enjoy basking in the sun. Two bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs and an additional bedroom with a King size bed is located in the basement, next to the family room and an additional bathroom with a tiled shower. A work area for the traveling professionals is available in the basement with a computer monitor and printer. Additional outdoor space on the lower level patio adds to the charm of this home.
