Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made.

FULLY STOCKED HOME INCLUDES

ACCESS
Guest will be given the code to obtain access. You must sign and return pre-arrival paperwork, including a rental agreement, to obtain all checkin papers. Property managers and a handy man are available in case a need arises during your stay.

HANDICAP ACCESS
There are three front steps to enter the house. You may also enter through the garage where there is a steep ramp into the house. There are two queen pull out couches on the floor first level. Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, rec room and access to the deck are on the first level. Though please note: there is a bathroom, but no tub or shower on the first floor level. We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

Car is necessary. Uber, Lyft and taxi's available at this address. Flat road to to house (great in the winter), a bit of a climb up the driveway, parking at the top.
