The owners totally ignored our calls and they didn't communicate with us prior to arriving. We direcy called, wrote messages with no responses. We never got the property access code. "We were a family of 4 traveling from the US and we found the flat to be quite comfortable for us. It has everything you need and the location was great because Baron’s Court Underground is 5 mins walk. Overall, we highly recommend this flat. The hosts were great and overall excellent experience!"
