This house for 6 people is distributed in three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living-dining room with a fireplace and access to the terraces.



The house is located in a quiet area in the middle of the countryside. It is only a 5-minute drive from Artà, where you will find all possible amenities: restaurants, cafes, pubs, banks, pharmacy and bus service. The nearest beaches and coves are Cala Ratjada, Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida and Canyamel, all just a 15-minute drive. If you like playing golf, the nearest course is Canyamel, 11 km from the property. Nature and geology lovers should pay a visit to the natural caves of Artà.



Air conditioning:



- Although the house does not have an air conditioning system, we can provide portable fans for the summer months and portable radiators for the colder months.
