Villa La Corbaia is a beautiful villa away from home, perfectly located in the green and untouched countryside of Artà. With capacity for 6 guests in 3 spacious air-conditioned rooms, this villa offers superb views and easy access to the sandy beaches and golf courses in the region. The large private pool is located within extensive lawned gardens with pergolas: a true oasis of peace and serenity surrounded by nature! The attention to detail along with elegant touches, furnishings and decoration, add to this special villa an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere both inside and out. The villa offers panoramic views of the surrounding lush landscape. The excellent beaches in this region and the extensive commercial facilities, restaurants and bars of Artà and Cala Ratjada can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Four renowned golf clubs are also easily accessible.



Inside, the villa is spacious and rich in character, spread over 2 floors. It has been carefully renovated making extensive use of high-quality materials to provide an unforgettable holiday experience. The main living areas are on the ground floor and consist of a living/dining area that provides access to the main dining terrace. The modern and fully equipped kitchen also offers an additional dining area. On the ground floor there is also a cosy double bedroom (with patio doors leading to the garden), as well as a family bathroom. The other two bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathroom, are located on the upper floor and are respectively a master bedroom and another double bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms have direct access to a large and impressive terrace that offers sensational views over the surrounding countryside.



Also outdoors, Villa La Corbaia has been carefully designed to impress. There are extensive lawned gardens, trees, pergolas, partially shaded terraces for exclusive guest use offering unique opportunities to relax, dine outdoors or barbecue. The large private pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers to enjoy long, relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun.



Free air conditioning from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
