Villa Pablo (locally: Son Sureda) welcomes its guests in the middle of a large estate with several palm, almond and olive trees and a fantastic view of Artà. On clear days, you can even see a bit of the sea from here. Come closer and take a moment to get a better look at this special holiday home. In this sparsely populated area in the countryside, you will find real peace and quiet, allowing you to completely let go of all the worries of everyday life, which can sometimes be quite stressful. It is the wildly romantic charm of the exceptional aesthetic design of the place that is immediately inviting to onlookers. The rustic garden is sure to appeal to all nature lovers, as most of it has simply been left in its natural state, giving it a pleasant, unspoilt feel. The spacious covered terrace runs almost halfway around the house and offers views of the pool and the entire town of Artà. A large dining table with decorative polyrattan chairs provides the perfect setting for long, cosy meals with the whole group; and with a panorama like this outside, it should be at least twice as much fun. The original driftwood lamp above the table is a real eye-catcher and the light it provides in the evening is simply enchanting. The pool is located on one side of the tiled terrace. The depth varies between 1.15 and 1.95 metres and has a series of wide steps that lead comfortably into the water. There are several incredibly beautiful places to relax here, either in the sun or under the roof, where you can simply do nothing for hours. There are plenty of deckchairs available for this purpose. And remember to fire up the barbecue in time for the evening barbecue.



The interior of the house is exceptionally stylish and full of rustic charm. White walls, beautiful terracotta tiled floors and decorative ceiling beams create an ambience of elegance that is well complemented by attractive fabrics and unique, carefully selected decorative items. The overall pleasantly spacious building is divided into the main house and a separate apartment. This is ideal if you are travelling with grandparents or friends and don't want to miss out on your own private retreat. The large living room is flooded with natural light and has a fireplace and some super comfy sofas where you can really stretch out and relax. And if you're looking for some entertainment, there's high-speed WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a CD stereo system. The elegant solid wood dining table contrasts beautifully with the colourful, brightly decorated partition wall behind it and is the perfect place for great meals together if you choose to dine indoors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and is directly accessible from the living/dining area. With a kettle and fully automatic coffee machine, you can make yourself a flavoursome hot drink in the morning and enjoy it outside as you greet the new day. Four cosy bedrooms with air conditioning invite you to enjoy a good night's sleep. The luxurious bathrooms are designed in a modern style and feature high-quality fittings. On the upper floor, where you will stay in a group of up to six people, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Downstairs there is another bedroom and en-suite bathroom in an apartment with a separate entrance, which can be opened up if you book the accommodation for a group of eight people.



The nearest beaches to this villa are Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa dels Pins and the bay of Cala Millor. With around 6,500 inhabitants, Artà is a beautiful small town without large hotels. There are several excellent Mallorcan restaurants and good shopping opportunities. Every Tuesday, the town holds its weekly market, which includes an artisan market that is definitely worth a visit. You can also visit Son Servera, which holds its weekly market every Friday. The detached Villa Pablo (called Son Sureda when you arrive) is situated on a plot of almost 18,000 m², nestled in the beautiful hilly landscape to the north-west of Artà. The fine sandy bay of Cala Torta is 14 km away. The way there leads through a beautiful nature reserve, which remains completely untouched by human development. Shopping for groceries and other daily necessities is only 8 minutes away by car.
