"The place and host were awesome. She always kept me up to date and let me know where I should visit . I will definitely be visiting again."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Luxury Village Home in Arroyo Grande. The house was spacious and the accommodations were luxurious. It is located a short drive from the beach and within walking distance of excellent restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi connection worked well. The communication with the host was proactive and she responded quickly. Highly recommended!"

"The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen and everything was in working order. The number of steps into the house was never mentioned and it could be difficult for older visitors. We had a good time with numerous places to hang out both inside and outside."

"Amazing place and an amazing host!"

"Cozy and roomy for our family. "

"Great cottage style 2 bed 2 bath home in Arroyo Grande with an amazing territorial view of the town. Every detail about this home is wonderful - coffee maker, ice machine, hot tub, 2 bidet toilets. It's well stocked with the right supplies to make your stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the location, walked to town regularly to hang out, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy music. The main house on the property is great, and the guests were always great to meet for a quick hello. We...

"Wonderful home! Had everything we needed and more. Our families throughly enjoyed our stay, and took advantage of the bbq grill, well stocked kitchen, complimentary wine, amazing outdoor dining set up, hot tub, and espresso machine. Our grandson loved the playroom under the stairs. We all felt spoiled by the whole experience and it made our central coast visit extra special. Best rental home we have ever had the privilege of staying at. Thank you for an amazing stay."

"We had the best time! Our little girls loved the play nook. We were so spoiled by all the amenities and there was plenty of space for the whole family. Lots of entertaining spaces but privacy for each family to have their own areas. We would absolutely recommend this space for large families, especially for little ones. The garage space to hang out was great and not to mention the double washer and dryer! 10/10"

"The building is a classic, older one that looks great. The location is close to Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach. Nice overall environment. Friendly, positive, owner always ready to help out with anything we needed. We didn't need anything, but definitely felt at home. We'll return if we get a chance!"

"The downstairs toilet did not flush adequately, the upstairs shower water pressure wasn’t too good and the coffee creamer they supplied was bad."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"It is a beach house! It is perfect for what it is. It is not fancy. But it was comfortable for our family of 6! Kitchen worked well for us. It was hotter than usual for the Grover Beach area. Thankful for screened windows, fans and a fair air conditioner! A short walk to the beach. Were able to see a launch from Vandenberg! Great parks for our 3 yr old grandchild, were nearby! Host, Jon were quick to reply when we reached out. Couldn't have been better! Also had left us an unexpected...

"Hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to respond. Kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you would need or want. Clearly they put a lot of thought into what you might need or have forgotten. Love that they provide lots of beach equipment so you don't have to bring your own. The game room is a fun addition to your hang time at the house. Be mindful of steep stairs if you have little ones or older family members."
