"From the moment we walked in, the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke despite the numerous “No Smoking” signs posted throughout the property. The odor wasn’t limited to one area—it seemed to permeate the halls and rooms. The hotel itself appears poorly maintained. The carpet in the middle of the hallways and walking paths in the rooms were wrinkled and buckling in the middle of the walkways, creating an obvious tripping hazard. "The staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel and room were clean and maintained. We booked a suite with a “full kitchen” knowing the hotel did not have breakfast offered. We travel with grandkids and planned breakfast and lunch in the room. While the kitchen did have a full size refrigerator, microwave, cook top and sink, dishes and pans had to be requested from the front desk. The suit sleeps 8, however, the dishes are a service for 4. "Our room ended up being in a separate detached building next to the hotel and behind the Mc Donalds drive thru. The train ran behind our hotel and kept us from sleeping through the night. Our room was clean and looked recently updated. We had to walk outside in the rain to get to breakfast which wasn’t inside the hotel proper. Breakfast staff were very friendly and the meal was good."
