"Enjoyed our stay."

"Amazing for our girls trip"

"Great stay in a perfect location. Separate enough to feel like you have your own space, but you have easy walking access to anywhere in downtown Eureka Springs. I didn't have to use my car (which had super-convenient reserved parking) one time once I got settled. The studio's A/C worked wonderfully, and the space was spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay again!"

"great stay, very convenient locations if you want to visit all things Eureka Springs. Great for access to the lake and water sports, spooky crescent hotel tours, and so many fun shops, the place is clean and comfy. It does sleep up to 6."

"Great location, clean and nice little outside area to relax. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!"

"Nice layout. Great price. Clean."

"Our family loves to cook, the kitchen could have used a few more staples. No cooking sheets or measuring cups. It was definitely the bare minimum for kitchen supplies but other than that the place was awesome! The location on the lake was pretty amazing! For both boating and road traffic, easy access. We had a blast with our boats, location was superb!"

"I rarely leave reviews because I am a low maintenance traveler and fairly easy to please. However, the lack of response by the host, the nasty, unclean conditions left me very unhappy. We arrived to plumbing not working, the furnishings very old and dirty, the place not cleaned and cigarette butts all over the patio. I reached out to the host 3 times with no response. I feel this host needs to take a hard look at whether they should rent this property has is or start must needed upgrades and a...

"The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The frame in the spare room had no support bars so the mattress fell through when you sat on it. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere and half the paint decor in the kitchen was missing. Just needs some general TLC. The unit didn’t get below 78 until about 2-3am. But, the host was accommodating to us checking in early."

"Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and since it was three girls we felt very confident in our safety there!"

"Perfect house for our vacation. It was my family, my sister’s family and my parents. The house setup was ideal for our situation. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and owners very responsive to messages."

"Great communication!"

"Clean, easy access to the downtown area."

"Excellent location! The property was very clean and updated. It was perfect for our weekend in Bentonville. Communication was prompt, welcoming and thorough."
