"I absolutely loved this property, we were in town to photograph a wedding and ended up extending our stay one extra day since the wedding ran late. Our host was very responsive even later into the evening. The room was clean, ac worked well, bed was so comfortable, and the hot water works great and lasts! (I always take long showers and it seems to be an issue sometimes) if we are ever back in the area I will be booking here again. Thanks so much Aspen! "

"This place is wonderful. Absolutely loved it!! Perfect location on the lake. It was very clean. Unfortunately too “clean”- the chemicals and scents gave my husband and I both terrible headaches the whole time. Maybe use some more natural cleaning products with less toxic chemicals please We want to go back there for the fishing and relaxation without getting the headaches. That picture is my husband being silly after he caught a tiny bass. But there ARE lots and lots of bass to catch. Big bass....

"Great stay! Super fast and helpful communication from the host. Listing was accurate and just like the photos. The welcome binder had history about the building and those who were there before— very cool to learn about that and their choices in historic renovation. The location was better than I imagined- in the heart of it all so we walked everywhere, but enough at the edge to still be serene and relaxing. Robes and big towels provided for the hot tub were a nice touch. We will look here first...

"The property was clean and comfortable. Great view of the lake. Loved having an elevator to transport us to the 2nd floor, and it was SO nice to have a luggage cart on the premises. The pool was clean. It was in a good location to easily access shopping, restaurants and downtown Hot Springs. Thinking about returning in the Fall when the trees are changing colors."

"Location is excellent for access to Dickson Street, but still plenty of privacy. Has a very nice hotel/condo feel. Be warned that the neighborhood can be a little noisy, but that comes with the territory. I'd love to stay there again. "
