There is an air conditioning unit in the studio.
Ideally located just 90 metres from the sandy beach and two roads behind all the restaurants and local shops.
There is a mezzanine double bed, a large-screen TV, a 3-seater leather sofa, table and chairs.
There is a kitchenette equipped with a gaz stove and fridge/freezer
there is also crockery and cutlery and pans etc.,
There is a shower unit with a toilet.
There is a small 30m2 garden.
Arrival and departure times are flexible for a small fee, if not arrival is for 6pm (18h) and the departure is for 10am (10h).
Bed linen and duck down quilts are provided and included in the price.
Bath towels are also provided and included in the price.
