"Estadia muito boa. Quarto bom, cama confortável, banheiro bom e boa ducha também. Limpeza muito boa. O B&B adota o sistema de auto check-in. As instruções chegam antes em um email. Café bom, mas simples. As funcionárias foram atenciosas. O hotel não tem estacionamento, como a maioria dos que estão localizados nos centros históricos das cidades medievais. O quarto fica no segundo andar. O hotel fica numa zona restrita de tráfego - ZTL. O carro fica num estacionamento gratuito a pouca distância,...

"We stayed for six nights.
Pros: clean, garden view is good.
Cons:
1. When we are still sleeping at 10am, the staff unlock the door to come inside, it is so Scary. Lucky, we are still wearing clothes.
2. WiFi is unavailable. Staff do not reply message to solve.
3. Noisy at mid-nights ( TV sounds, lady laugh sounds, footsteps & refrigerator sounds)
4. The photo and description are misleading. There is not any bedroom. The photo is showed that the bedroom door is opening. In fact, the door...

"Il Borghetto is a renovated house in the little village of Castelnuovo dell'Abate, one of the medieval hilltop villages in the UNESCO world heritage-listed Val D'Orcia. It is charming and the beds are very comfortable, but be prepared to take luggage up a steep street to the front door and then steep stairs to both bedrooms. Each bedroom is on a different floor so there is considerable privacy. The piece de la resistance is the rooftop terrace, with 180 degree panoramic views over the valley and...

"The host and the property were fantastic! The only (slight) problem was a misunderstanding of the parking situation. We didn't realize "resident parking" applied only to the Montalcino residents; we were under the impression we would be considered "residents" during our stay. HOWEVER, there is plentiful parking in Montalcino and using the Easy Park made it a breeze!"
