Hotéis em Área Universitária, Modesto

"So so"

"We reserved a room with two queen beds and a bed in the couch. What we got was one queen bed and a couch bed. Explanation was that the hotel was sold out and there were no notes. It was an awful night of poor sleep. We are very disappointed."

"Everything was good"

"Clean rooms, great first 2 nights extremely loud all around us last night of stay."

"Very clean"

"For the age of the property and the area this property was surprisingly safe and clean and every employee from the front desk, the manager, to the cleaning workers were treat, polite and very helpful. Everything is walking distance. And I was pretty impressed with the price considering California is so expensive."

"We've stayed at this property numerous times when in town to visit family. We like the free breakfast. It comes in very useful for our toddler to get him out of the room and there's plenty of options for him to eat. The walls did seem a little thin this time around. Our neighbors next door were quite loud after hours. And the guest above us had some heavy feet throughout the night. Not any fault of the hotel though. "Room was very clean and had everything you’d hope to expect a room would have like a mini fridge, microwave, TV, USB outlets for charging, etc. The staff was friendly and I was able to do a late check in without any issue. It’s on the side that faces the supermarket so basically on the opposite side of the main road. I was there for literally no more than 8...

"We only stayed for one night as we passed through town. Unfortunately, the bed was too firm and very squeaky, so it was not a good night's sleep. The train tracks are right there, and a lot of noise from the train passing by in the night. The toilet kept running, we let the office know it needed a repair. It was a fairly safe and clean spot but the rooms could use some updates."

"Ótima opção para quem esta de passagem pela cidade. Tinha o que precisávamos. Excelente relação custo beneficio"

"The room was filthy and dusty when we got there. When we asked them to come take care of it, they refused to clean it without a $25 charge to clean the room "again". When I brought the towels down to get a fresh set, the woman at the front desk rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the new ones. The people above and beside me were all super loud. They tried to bill me twice for my pet being there. The gym was hardly equipped with enough weights for two people at a time to use it. On top of all...
