"This is not just a place with a bed and a bath, but was an experience. It starts with the peaceful setting that is a bit off the beaten path. Next are all the bright interior colors that have been used throughout. There are a lot of interesting pictures and items on the walls that give one the impression that you are a visitor in someone’s home. "It was our first time trying out a self catering apartment, and we really enjoyed the two nights there. Clean, spacious, it has almost everything you need, except for a laundry machine and shower gel /shampoo. Hazel (the family dog) was super friendly, and the sunset views were ridiculously gorgeous. Applecross is a tad remote, so come prepared with all the food supplies you need. "

"Lovely place to stay with ideal location to walk into Kyle, short drive to Eilean Donan Castle or access to the road bridge to the Isle of Skye. Communication was excellent by the host. So homely and all facilities high end. Easy parking.Will absolutely book here next time we stay. "

"We spent a wonderful week in Moriston Cottage despite the rain. Everything was very clean and the cottage is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. There is everything in the kitchen if you want to cook and lots of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The beds are very comfortable.
