"This was hands down the nastiest and worst maintained hotel I've ever stayed at. There was black mold in the room. I could hear a smoke detector chirping, the paint was all bubbled in the room, the walls around the shower were bubbled and peeling. The shower was very tiny in area and short. There was a two whirlpool pool tub in the room, definitely not a hot tub as advertised. The surround around the "hot tub" was falling apart and there was mold on the caulk.The air conditioner was very noisy,...

"The hot water faucet did not work in the bathroom and the sink drained poorly when brushing teeth. However, the property was extremely clean and up-to-date. The pool was really fun had adequate shade and floaties, toys to play with. The grab and go breakfast bar was amazing. Plenty of choices, everyone in our group was satisfied with the selection"

"The hotel is conveniently located 30 minutes away from Sleeping Bear Dunes, 40 minutes away from Traverse City, and only 10 minutes away from Frankfort if you're looking for good restaurants. The room was clean, the king size bed was super comfortable, and the shower is nice and hot. There is also a private beach right behind the hotel. It is a family-run business so don't expect the front desk to be available 24/7 for check-ins and services, but we checked in around 10pm and it was a very quick...

"Perfect for families! The puttputt and playground were large and fun and there were comfortable picnic tables for eating outside, enjoying the weather and the stunning view. The rooms were VERY large! We had a double queen and while you could tell the hotel is undergoing renovations, it was nice, quiet and comfortable. The updates that were going on lead me to believe that as nice as it is right now, next year will be even better."
