"Troy is our go-to whenever we get a chance to spend some time in Punta Gorda. The homes are always beautiful and just as described, along with the cleanliness of the house and pool. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud and never had any sleepless nights. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. The Publix and other stores are located at the entrance to the community and restaurants are nearby. Can't wait to go back!"

"I LOVED this house. It was so beautiful inside & out. The convenience of having a pool as soon as you open your door was great for the children! It was in a great location! My only recommendation is maybe some more lighting to help the pathway from the driveway to the door but I have absolutely no complaints. Will most definitely stay here next time I’m in North Port!!"

"I NEVER write reviews. But the hospitality and overall property condition were so good, I had to write one. We booked the cottage for a couple's weekend. The property is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. In addition, the owners provided snacks, wine and instructions to leave the cleaning completely to them. Was one of the best vacation rental experiences I've encountered. In addition, downtown Sebring just received an HGTV makeover and is a great visit."

"The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath....
