"Check in was difficult with a person who we had trouble understanding due to a very heavy accent and who appeared to have difficulty with our expedia reservation. She also refused to believe that I had a disability. The room had a definite musty smell and the carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed. The air conditioning worked but was noisy.
