"Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night."

"It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill."

"Very nice location for a friends or family get together. This is a nice, quiet location if you just want to relax. We had 5 friends staying and it was prefect. 4 bedrooms, with multiple beds in two rooms for kids if you have them. The communication with the owner was excellent. "The house and studio are situated off the beaten path but only a short drive to vineyard haven. The home has a rustic, vineyard-charm feel and we had a very comfortable and quiet stay. The setting really allowed us to relax and enjoy the nature/outdoors which is what we look for on a trip to the vineyard! "There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road."
