    Esta é uma casa de 2 quartos e 1 banheiro que acomoda confortavelmente 4 pessoas. Ótimo para um grupo de amigos ou uma família pequena. Também é ideal para uma escapadela de casal a preço de banana. Localizado na colina com vista para a vista da Baía de Monterey; esta unidade está em um complexo tranquilo e geralmente privado. Este aluguel de nível único é bem decorado, bem cuidado e totalmente mobiliado.

    Um quarto tem uma cama king size com vista para o oceano e uma televisão com DVD. O segundo quarto tem uma cama queen e vista para a piscina complexa. Ambos os quartos têm portas privadas para o banheiro, que é mobiliado com uma banheira.

    Você entra em uma sala iluminada com vistas amplas da baía e do famoso navio de cimento. Há também uma lareira a gás e TV de tela plana com DVD. A sala de estar tem muitos lugares sentados para um grupo de amigos e familiares. Três banquetas estão sentadas no bar da cozinha, com vista para a cozinha totalmente mobiliada; um ótimo conjunto para entretenimento, socialização e relaxamento. Para ter uma melhor visão das vistas, você pode entrar no deck privativo localizado logo na saída da sala de estar. Aqui você poderá usufruir de um churrasco e mesas ao ar livre. Great ocean views with easy access to the pool and parking. We loved the large outdoor space with lots of seating and even a grill. Great central location to head out to easily head out to Monterey/Carmel or Santa Cruz. Easy check in and the rental office was super responsive and close by.

The view from the deck was stunning! I couldn’t avast for a better setting.

The staff was very professional however, I always get shocked when I get the final price with all the add-ons miscellaneous pricing

We stayed at this condo in August and the highlight was definitely the view — absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to see whales right from the balcony, which made the trip unforgettable. The location was convenient, and overall the space had good potential for a relaxing getaway.That said, there were some drawbacks. The condo didn’t provide beach towels or boogie boards, which would have been a nice touch considering the setting. The bigger issue was that we noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing and made the space feel less clean than we would have liked.If the owners address the bathroom issue and add some basic amenities for beach use, this could easily be a five-star spot. As it stands, the views are amazing, but the details could use some attention.

See fabulous ocean sunsets from this condo!

This 2 bedroom condo was comfortable and clean, and had a very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and even baking sheets. It is up on a hill, and the ocean views are fabulous. One can sit at the dining table and watch the sun set over the ocean, which I did on several evenings. I loved hearing the sounds of the ocean waves from the bedroom I slept in. There is one dedicated parking space very close to the condo. The property managers were very friendly and responsive when I needed some help figuring out how to get the gas fireplace going, which was nice as it can get a bit chilly in Aptos in Jan. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, also, which I used. I loved my stay here!

Love the place, hate the construction

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love and have stayed in this unit multiple times and will come again. However, this time the unit downstairs was being remodeled. We had the banging with demolition, and sawing and hammering during working hours for much of our stay. It prevented us from enjoying listening to the waves, relaxing, and enjoying the unit. I wish we had known ahead of time.

Loved the easy parking and proximity to the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped. Some electrical outlets were loose and the carpeting need cleaning. Overall a nice stay.

Great location & amazing views

The condo is exactly as it's advertised. Dated but very functional. Convenient parking, right on near the beach and good food near buy. We are very happy with our stay and will be back.

We spent most of our time gazing at the ocean and beach. We saw 4 dolphins and a hawk landed on the bannister right in front of us. The kitchen and bath could use some updating. Small pool right near the condo. Parking covered right nearby. Very well supplied kitchen. Bring your own condiments.
