The house has four distinct levels. The roof top deck gives sweeping ocean views from Carmel to Pleasure Point. Sunbathe or enjoy an evening glass of wine or beverage while watching the Monet inspired sunrise/sunset with oranges and pinks. In the evening take in the stars and admire the silvery moon and Venus.

The upper level stretches out onto a deck with an ocean view. Sip your morning coffee/tea while watching the sun rise. Settle into the plush velvet couches while viewing your favorite sports team, movie or tickle the ivories on the baby grand piano. The kitchen`s glass tile reflects the ocean`s blues and greys complimenting the Ukrainian granite counters. There is also a cozy sitting area on the way to the rooftop stairs…a place to daydream or to cuddle up with a favorite book.

The first level is for dreaming & playing ping pong or foosball! The bedrooms are on this ground level. The showers are kind for those over 6 feet, because the counters and shower heights are higher than the standard. There is also an LG washer and dryer that play fanciful tunes for you when they`re done! The attached deck has a ping pong table and stairs leading down to the lower area.

The private lower level has a spa for soaking, a seating area and a chiminea…a perfect place to unwind at night with a glass of wine and s`mores for the kids.

House rules: Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Therefore no use of the hot tub after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors as this is a residential neighborhood.

It is truly an inspiring place and our hope is to replicate part of it here in Seacliff to inspire and encourage people to pursue their dreams ....especially those that encourage good in the world.

The house is a short two blocks stroll to Beach Gate Path and is within walking distance to Manuel`s, Marianne`s Ice cream, Aptos Coffee Roasting, Persephone`s and the Village of Aptos.

There is something for everyone - Over 20 miles of contiguous beaches, hiking trails at Nicene Marks State Park, Bike trails, wineries, breweries, beach boardwalk, paddle boarding, surfing and even a new skateboard/mountain bike park nearby. Take scenic day trips to Carmel, Monterey and San Francisco.
