"Great airport stay!"

"The staff was friendly. However, when we first entered the room, it smelled musty and a little like mold. The front desk clerk was notified. He did not offer any assistance or remedy. He simply states that he would inform engineering the next day. After expressing my disappointment, I was offered a can of room spray to cover the musty room odor. Thankfully we were checking out the next morning. Or stay consisted of 11 hours. Disappointed."

"Good overall. Friendly staff, clean room. I liked that the refrigerator in room had separate fridge and freezer. The only negative comment I have is that any time a toilet flushed in a nearby room, I could hear the water running through the pipes somewhat loudly. But I got used to the sound and it didn't bother me much."

"The Pool and hot tub were the reason we wanted a hotel after a Long drive. They were not functioning. We did not stay. We kept driving and were disappointed."

"It was great to have a place to cook and eat. However, the cleanliness of the room needs work. Some of the dishes provided were dirty and needed proper washing even though there was a dishwasher. When I check in, the expectation is that the dishes should not have food caked on them. I made sure to wash every dish before I used it. Also the sofa bed needs work, the mattress was stained.
