The Space:

Our property was one of the first downtown structures rebuilt after the 1875 fire that destroyed most of downtown. Once you step inside, be prepared for a surrounding of rich history, spread out amongst the 4500 square feet of preserved beauty while enjoying all of the modern creature comfort amenities.

- Uniquely decorated with high end historic relics and artifacts from across the state.

- 4 bedrooms, 4 baths one with an amazing claw foot tub.

- Sleeping space for 12

- A kids "wing" with extra couches, 65" smart tv, games and a loft

- A fully stocked Library with cozy chairs, a perfect place to read and relax.

- Entertainers dream: bar, tables and chairs for everyone in your group, as well as additional living spaces on the same level, allowing for you to both socialize and be able to have an intimate conversation without leaving the same floor.

Guest Access:

You have private access via a keypad lock to the entire upper level, and ample off street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Oshkosh is all around us, fully walkable, and is "Everything But Ordinary" with great restaurants, awesome waterfront access, an amazing convention center, the iconic Grand Theater and one of the best Saturday farmers markets the state of Wisconsin has to offer. It is also home to the world's largest aviation event, EAA Air Venture, which is just a short 10 minute ride away.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are abundant and ready to take you wherever you want to go. The downtown area is VERY safe and you can easily walk anywhere down here at any time of day or night.
