"Very historical feeling, but also very elegant and updated and comfortable. Fantastic bed. Stylish lighting and accessories good. Shower was fancy. Pool was unique with statue and columns. Weight room had free weights. Breakfast was not free, but the town is fantastic for finding food options. Walking shop strip district 2 blocks away very worth a visit. Excellent experience."

"This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "

"This was a very well maintained property. They have everything you need to cook, clean & a full size fridge with ice maker. You need to turn on the ice maker when you get there but it makes ice fast. Expedia & this property were very helpful and accommodated us when we needed to switch our day. "The room was spacious and quiet. It appeared to be recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Friendly, helpful staff. And the breakfasts were very good with eggs, bacon or sausage, home fries, yogurt, oatmeal, juice snd coffee. I highly recommemd this hotel."

"It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The property was well maintained. Free breakfast was good. I will stay there every time I pass through Winchester. The hotel looked like it was built and opened yesterday. Lol! Maybe that’s why everything was so clean. Only time will tell. And the bed was very comfortable."
