"if you are looking for a spotlessly, clean and new hotel with an extremely comfortable bed and soft pillows this is the place for you. this hotel is conveniently located for a quick stop off of the highway and not far from downtown old Winchester, which is beautiful. The bathroom was new modern and very clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very basic continental but more than adequate for our purposes. My only suggestion is for a chair at the desk and a comfortable...

Just randomly assigned to me, but will ask for in future as it is fresher feeling than seoarate building with bulk of the room. "This hotel does not care about their guests ! I made a purchase on lime to be delivered at the hotel and informed them ,on my reservation, that I was sending the purchase to the hotel, my purchase arrived at the hotel, was recieved and signed by one of their employees, and they just can´t find my purchase ! And worse, I am not seeing any effort from them to resolve the issue ! I am very disappointed with the way management at this hotel is handling this issue. "
