"My room was clean. Staff responsive. Breakfast and sundry amenities were better than the marketing shows. The parking lot is next to the building, but it's an open lot—not "secure" as their marketing claims. The marketing photos show the good parts of the hotel, and there are some. "It's a budget hotel, so I know what to expect, and I was very happy with my stay. There were no bugs, the bed was comfy, the walls were not thin, and the water was surprisingly hot for a hotel, so all those things were great to me! It was a little dirty, but the rooms seemed recently renovated, so I was happy with it. There was no real breakfast, but I had already accounted for that and appreciated the hot coffee each morning. "This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building.
