"The food was good. We paid extra for pool view and the pool was under construction the whole stay & they did not refund us. The smoke detector kept going off for hours in our room annoyingly even though there was no smoke we informed front desk it was never sorted till hours later. The heater was not working in the bedroom either."

"Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and having your own plunge pool was an amazing experience and great to cool off after a hot day. Very tranquil and beautiful. Only complaint was the food was just ok. The bbq night was really delicious. Felt we overpaid for the floating tapas to our room as well. Was very disappointed in that. Our server Maxine was awesome and went over an above."
