- ⏳ Can I check in early or check out late? It depends on availability. Let us know a day in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. During high season, it may not be possible, however we are happy for you to drop your bags off from 11:00 AM while our cleaner is preparing the place for you.

- 🧼 Are cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials provided? We provide a starter kit with cleaning supplies, oil, salt, pepper, and other essentials. If you need more, feel free to bring extra, we only restock if you get additional cleaning.
- 🧹 How clean is the loft? Our space is professionally cleaned between guests. We sanitize the entire home, bleach the bathroom, disinfect surfaces, and provide fresh sheets and towels. Due to Antigua’s active volcano, some ash and dust may settle quickly—though we do our best to keep everything spotless. Additional cleanings are available upon request for $25 USD

- 🚫 No On-Site Parking – As a stand-alone home in the heart of Antigua, we do not have private parking. However, most places in Antigua don't either. Luckily, street parking is often available right at the front door, and several paid parking lots are just a short walk away
- 🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may smoke outside, but if smoking is detected indoors, a $250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to cover deep cleaning and odor removal
- 👶 Not Ideal for Infants – Due to the loft’s open layout and stairs, the space may not be suitable for babies or toddlers
- 🚫 No Parties – This is a quiet and private home, and we respect our neighbors. No events or loud gatherings allowed

If you're planning day trips outside the city (like to volcanoes or nearby villages), there are plenty of tour shuttles and tuk-tuks nearby. Ubers are also available and super affordable for short rides.
Parking is limited in Antigua, so staying here without a car is not only easy — it’s the smartest way to explore stress-free!

There are plenty of places to book in Antigua, but you'll be among the first to experience this newly renovated space, blending modern comforts with a touch of ancient Mayan charm.
Additionally, we work directly with the apartment next door, offering the option to book extra rooms or even a whole 3-bedroom house. We can easily collaborate to accommodate your needs and provide more space if required.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a fully self-check-in property. While we live in the city, we may not have the chance to meet you during your stay. However, we have a local cleaner available, and if you need anything, feel free to reach out to us through the Airbnb platform at any time.
