"Beautiful place to stay quiet"

"This hotel was great. Obviously when looking for a place to stay I’m always looking for something that’s affordable, but also with good attention. This place exceeded those expectations, they offer a restaurant on the property, which was very convenient. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The room itself was beautiful, it felt like we were staying in a medieval room. The hotel is located in a corner, it is quiet you don’t hear so much noise unless you’re in the bathroom. Overall, if you’re...

"What a perfect place to stay in Antigua especially if you’re staying for a few days and want the extra amenities of a kitchen and lounge area to rest. The proximity to the city centre was the perfect distance to be close while also quiet. The views of Acatenango were breathtaking and the staff was great. Loved our stay would come back"

"My experience was very good. The hotel is charming, clean, and well organized. The staff are polite and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a very good bed. It was the perfect choice right after my hike to Acatenango Volcano. That said, I would like to share a small observation regarding guest experience. I arrived at the hotel on the same day I descended from the volcano and I looked a bit rough after the hike. I wasn' treated poorly, but I did notice a few judging looks...

"I loved the room and they had a full kitchen!"

"Lugar maravilhoso, muito espacoso, tudo de melhor qualidade, jacuzzi, lareira, no meio do mato. É preciso sempre avisar o mordomo que esta disponivel para o quarto e eles te levam e/ou buscam do estacionamento. Fica ha uns 5 minutos de carro do hotel sede que é o Hotel Casa Santo Domingo que fica na parte turistica de Antigua."

"The rooms are spacious and incredibly beautiful. Great beds and sheets! The staff are SO helpful. The best waiter is a woman named Argentina and the front desk staff very helpful! They can arrange anything and answer all your questions. Go there. I’ve been doing Guatemala for 20 years."

"O hotel é incrivel, mas ainda nao desenvolveu o time para o atendimento ao público."

"Good location, nice staff, clean rooms"
