"I'm not sure how this property got 8 stars, it is more like a 6 or 7 star hotel. Things like a/c, elevator, treadmill were not well-maintained. The room was clean, bedding smelled slightly like potato chips or some kind of fried food. Gym equipment was rusted and having issues due to high humidity and no adequate drying by a/c in gym room. Staff were very helpful during out late check-in."

"We did not have a good experience here. To start we were double charged for our room (unfortunately almost everyone in our group was). Our room was not very clean, we noticed the floor was wet when we first came up and we chalked it up to the room just being cleaned but the next morning the floor was still wet and then we were done the entire day and came back and the floor was still wet. It was like humidity or something in the room and honestly you could smell it. I went down to get a new room...

"Upon arrival I went to check in and was told the room I booked and paid for was not available as there were “no king bed rooms on the first floor” so I was given a different room of two double beds instead. Not convenient for a couple travelling together nor is it what I paid for. There was also an abundance of black mold throughout the shower and bathroom. "The room was disgusting……the sheets had stains the tub/shower was dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking…..just talking….it was that bad. I was suppose to stay two nights, but I left after one. I highly recommend not staying here if you are in the area!"

"I enjoyed my stay due to the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was great because of the variety of options. And, the pool was fun. It would be nice to have a shaded place to relax once you get out of the pool and don't plan on leaving the pool."
