Spring Break

Loved the house and the heated pool. Short walk to the beach was perfect. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved the use of the beach chairs and starter kit of supplies since we flew in from out of state and couldnā€™t bring all of things with us. Beautiful place and we will definitely be back again.

Excellent Location - Home Needs Updating

GOOD - Location was Excellent; Home had a large open area, a lot of space; Porch was also large with a lot of space and breezy; Pool was warm and nice. NOT SO GOOD - Home was not floor swept at all, floor was very dirty and two pieces of glass was found in different parts of the interior floor; Master bedroom bed was more like a futon and extremely uncomfortable; Indoor and outdoor couches had nasty stains on them and was very dirty; Kitchen was fully stocked, yet only one wine glass; For stays of a week or so at this price point, it really should come with a few more dishwasher tabs and at least a few coffee filters!; All in all, the property is very nice, but in urgent need of couch/sectional replacements, same for the master bed and the flimsy door to the master bedroom which doesn't actually close. I believe it was a prior comment that noted use of bikes, but the bikes onsite are not really usable at all, we rented bikes for our stay.

Property is good but location canā€™t be beat

Location can't be beat, beach is just at the end of the street, and so easy to get to the sunset every night. 20-minute walk to Pine Ave for restaurants/coffee/shops, which we didn't mind doing, but might be just a little too far to be convenient for others. Huge screened in porch was perfect for eating dinner and letting the small kids run around. We all loved having the heated pool as well. We cooked nearly every night and had all we needed for that in the kitchen. The house itself was ok - it was neat and clean enough, but really could use some updating, wasnā€™t too impressed with the furnishings and overall home quality. That spiral staircase was a bit of a hazard right in the middle of the room, it looks cool but so easy to knock your head on if not careful! Rental managers were responsive and available throughout the stay.

We had a great time! The heated pool was by far our favorite feature of the home. The week we were there was too chilly and windy for time at the beach, but the pool was perfect!

Tree top bungalow

We had a very pleasant stay. The house sits on top of pillars. The pool is underneath. It is small but clean and neat. The parking space is somewhat messy, which does not give a good first impression. When you climb the stairs, you find that the house is beautiful and comfortable. It has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were a party of five and had more than enough room. We arrived on a Tuesday. On arriving, we found that the microwave was not working. We called the management, they said they would replace it the following morning. The microwave did not arrive in the morning. We called the management back a couple of times, and finally received the microwave at around 3:00 pm. That was the only incident we had. Overall, our experience was very good.

Perfect location for a short walk to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Absolutley beautiful beach. House provided a small wagon which was great for hauling beach gear. Only needed a v type filter for coffeemaker.

Great girls weekend get away

The house was great for our group of 4 adults. Plenty of space both inside and outside. The neighborhood is peaceful and super easy walk to a lovely stretch of beach. Also walkable to shopping and several restaurants. The pool is heated and well maintained. Screened in porch was a great place for hanging out with a table and outdoor sectional. Staff were responsive via text message and even checked in to see if an issue reported by previous guests was resolved. Only critique is a coffee pot was provided but no filters - required ā€œemergencyā€ rub to the general store. Overall clean, spacious, and a good experience.

There were a few thing that could have been taken care of before we arrived.

The property was beautiful online. When we arrived there were a few things that could have been taken care of. We were there to celebrate our 31st anniversary we arrived on Saturday and a breaker was off and someone just popped in to fix it without letting us know they were coming, the pool was not cleaned until Tuesday, the screen porch screen was torn, the dishwasher was broken and the fry pans to cook in were horrible. I went to the thrift store and bought a pan we could fry an egg in and left it there. I could deal with the rest of the house, but I think the amount we paid for our celebration the things I mentioned should have been taken care of before we got there.

The location of this property is perfect with just a one block walk to beach access and a short golf cart ride to restaurants and shops. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Loved the pool! Lots of kitchen utensils and plenty of towels/linens. Cant wait to get back to Anna Maria Island!!

Short Walk to the Beach

The property was perfect for our family because of the pool and a short walk to see beautiful sunsets on a sugar sand beach. Not as well maintained as we hoped for but we spent all day at the beach and when we weren't on the beach we were all in the pool.

Amazing location and plenty of space

We brought our kids (ages 16,17,21,23,24) there was plenty of beds and space to make meals and hang out. Beach access is one block away to the north and two blocks to the west! Bean point is a beautiful area! We walked to pine ave and also rented a golf cart! There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. we had a great time! The screened in porch was great for the night it rained! So fun!! Thank you!

Fabulous location for laid back vacation

Perfect for the vacation we had planned, laid back and relaxed. House close to Beane Point Beach, Rod and Reel, Sandbar restaurant and several shops can be walked to. House could use just a bit of paint and small maintenance. We loved the screened in porch, spent more time there when we were home than in the house.

Relaxing and airy tree house

Our family recently visited AMI for the first time and stayed in this beautiful rustic home. We were not sure what to expect as pictures and descriptions you see online don't always match with reality. The home exceeded our expectations and appeared to be freshly cleaned and immaculate throughout. There was an abundance of extra linens, towels and blankets. The screened in patio was my absolute favorite place to have my morning tea and/or curl up on the couch with a good book and a blanket as the early mornings can be a tad bit chilly. I must admit somedays it was difficult to decide if I wanted to just enjoy the patio, take a nap by the pool or walk 2 mins to Bean Point beach and take it all in. This is indeed a rustic, log cabin -like home that most definitely feels like an airy tree-house.. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The check in/out process was simple. The only issue we encountered was a smoke detector that needed its battery replaced. Property management was notified through the app and responded quickly. We were so impressed with our stay here we immediately thought it would be nice to come back for the holidays, Unfortunately when we looked, it was already booked for Christmas. We plan to return some time in the future and hope to enjoy this home again.
