The two spacious king bedrooms are sure to provide you with a great night's sleep! The also spacious third bedroom offers a 2 queen sleeper sofas, along with a couch, providing a versatile space to watch movies, practice your putting, take part in a shuffleboard match, and get a good night's sleep!

Spend your days soaking up the Anna Maria sun in your private, canal-front backyard. The beautiful blue-bottomed pool is the perfect place to cool off! Enjoy cocktails at the swim-up table or take a dip in the hot tub! At Last's sunroom offers a picturesque, 180-degree view of the pool and canal! Looking for adventure? At Last provides two bikes and two kayaks for its guests to enjoy during their stay! This home is perfectly located with beautiful gulf-front beaches just a 3-minute walk from your front door and bustling Pine Avenue a quick bike ride or golf cart trip away!

PETS: Dogs considered, approval required. Must be well trained. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

DOCK/BOATS: Approximately 28 ft of open seawall is available to tie up a boat. Two widely spaced cleats available. **Please note that the boat lift and any motorized watercraft are not available for guest use**

At times this can result in a water level that is too low to support watercraft. It is the responsibility of the guest to review forecasts and make alternate arrangements for watercraft as necessary.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
