"Host did not respond to two emails, never provided access information. VRBO tried to contact her twice by phone, no answer. Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability."

"As advertised, good location with easy access to IMG by car. Unfortunately you can’t walk to the West Campus through the East campus, you have to walk down 34th to 53rd. Otherwise, good little spot to stay when visiting IMG. "

"My husband and I stayed in this tiny home in Saint Pete when we came down to visit our son who was doing an internship. We loved the location in the house. We’re definitely stay again and recommend it to couples. Not ideal for more than two people. "

"Host was welcoming. It was unfortunate that we missed any information indicating that the apartment was up a back set of stairs. The stone walkway to the back of the building was uneven and could be dangerous. After talking to the host, we discovered that the previous guests had taken her silverware, so we only had plastic ware for the first day. There was also very little choice in cookware (because we chose to eat in, that was a bit of a challenge). The bathtub and bathroom sink were slow...
