The staff were consistently friendly, professional and helpful, making the check-in process and daily interactions smooth and pleasant. The common areas, including the pool and gym, were always tidy and inviting.
As a minor opportunity for improvement, heating the pool would make it even more enjoyable on cooler days, and expanding the range of weight-training equipment in the gym would enhance the experience for guests who exercise regularly.
